Cancellation Policy
Speaking Engagement Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy To ensure excellence, proper planning, and fairness for all partners, The Active Women maintains the following policy for speaking engagements: Cancellation Notice If you need to cancel your scheduled speaking engagement, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to adjust event programming and notify attendees accordingly. Rescheduling Requests Rescheduling may be available depending on event needs and calendar availability. All rescheduling requests must be submitted no later than 48 hours before the engagement. A $50 rescheduling fee will be applied to secure a new date. No‑Show Policy If a speaker does not attend their scheduled engagement without providing notice, future booking opportunities may be limited.
