Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy – Activities & Services The Active Women is committed to providing high‑quality, faith‑centered programs, activities, and services for our community. To ensure fairness, proper planning, and the ability to accommodate all interested participants, the following cancellation and rescheduling guidelines apply: Cancellation Notice If you need to cancel your participation in any activity, service, or event, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to adjust staffing, materials, and preparation, and offer your spot to another participant. Rescheduling Requests Rescheduling may be available depending on the activity or service. Please submit your request no later than 48 hours before the scheduled time so we can make appropriate arrangements. No‑Show Policy Participants who do not attend without providing notice may be limited in future registrations for free or capacity‑restricted activities. How to Contact Us To cancel or reschedule, simply reply to your confirmation email or reach out through the designated communication channel provided for the activity or service.
